Everytime I check into this property, there is a very rude and unpleasant woman to check me in. Every. Single. Time. Same person. Short colored hair & the most rude & unpleasant woman you could ever meet.

Stay away, Far Away I am not sure I will have enough characters to describe just how horrible of an experience this hotel actual was. We booked back in JANUARY and were told in March that our hotel room was over booked, and we had to find another place to stay, because we booked with Hotels.com the hotel staff refused to help us and we were almost left stranded in another state. Overbooked. I booked a suite with a sofa at a neighboring property because I wanted the couch to sit up while on my laptop. When I am he he’d know, I was told the hotel was overbooked and that needed to go across the street to another hotel. The room was a simple roof with no sofa. At check in, I asked if the room was comparable and was told yes. The staff was very very nice and apologetic but that’s not the room a booked.

There was a chemical smell in the room. Something with the sheets maybe. We checked in at 9PM and left at 6AM so just delt w it and left

poorly managed reservation not filled, sent to alternative room that was not prepped or cleaned, sent to another room with pull out couch bed,,... at bedtime no sheets , pillows, or blankets...when resolved this pull out was like trying to sleep on a rock....upon waking up had backache and stiffness......Disappointing stay

reserved a room with 2 queen beds, got a room with one bed and pull out couch. Went to room, bed unmade, iron and ironing board in center of room, trash can overflowing,bathroom sink dirty, all towels on floor. called desk , reassigned to different room, again 1 bed & pull out couch. AT bedtime pull out couch has no sheets , blanket, and no pillow, went to desk.....got missing items Pull out bed was so uncomfortable and lumpy, I slept BAD.
