Filth hole Place was filthy. Couldn’t stay. Cancelled trip at the front desk. They won’t give me my money back.

Room was not ready had to wait more than an hour to get room

There was roaches in our room but luckily we got another room after showing them we had them in our room 323 I will not be staying here again and want my money back was not clean at all

I did a reservation with two beds and the room only had one bed. The room and hallways smelled like cigarettes/mariguana and it looked very dirty. The room was dirty Bathroom was nasty The curtains were dirty No proper lighting in the public areas. Nothing of what was advertised on the website was in the room. The parking lot had abandoned cars. The property had guest/homeless people by their cars. Guest bring in things through the windows of the first floor. This location feels very unsafe.

No coffee maker in room, no iron, kids crying half the night and early morning.

Our family booked this hotel and were supposed to stay for three nights. We ended up leaving after the first night even though it was none refundable. The parking lot smelled like weed, there were beer bottles in the parking lot. The hotel stunk and was dark and dingy. I would not recommend.

Heat not working , lobby entrance closed at night.

Electrical problem The refrigerator didn't work and made noises all night and the microwave was flickering. The lamps were working before i went to sleep but had no power when i work up except on 1/2 of the room. I used a free stay to be given a dysfunctional room was not a good deal, i wanted to book an extra night but decided to go home.
