Stars Elevator was down had to carry luggage up 3 Flights of stairs, Garbage was in stairway hall smell room was dirty!

Animals barked in room above me ,room had nothing in it . No room service for 2 days

I left my iPad there and used find my iPhone it says it’s in the hotel and my iPad was in my room the door was closed when I checked out so only person w access is someone who works there my find my iPhone said it was still at the hotel and no one has seen it I will be pressing charges and getting my property back

I didn’t like that I paid for a deluxe suite and was told that they were sold out when I got there and received a regular room but still paid full price for the deluxe suite I was told that I would receive a refund actually an adjustment for the room that I received I am still waiting for that adjustment through Expedia and I’m not happy I don’t recommend using this service the property was OK though Up until I received an attitude from the girl on the front desk in the morning

Attitude and roachs The day time manager is extremely rude. I think her name is stephanie or something. I scheduled an early check-in, but when I got there for my early check-in, she was angry and try to charge me extra. She kept huffing and puffing and being extremely rude. When I finally got to my room it was all right. It seemed clean. But I open the refrigerator which was turn off and it stunk Like rotting food. I wish that was the worst of it.
