Just ok Check in was tedious despite booking online. $25 pet fee. Lobby carpet was very dirty and also needed vacuumed. Hallway was fine. Room was ok--lumpy bed and pillows, good size room with kitchen (didn't use), furniture needs updated. No coffee maker or ice bucket in the room. Went to ask the front desk for another bath towel and the lady that checked us in wasn't at the desk (no bell or sign). Waited about 3-4 minutes and then she appeared. Theft on property. My Jean's were left behind. When I called back to report them lost front desk denied item was in room. They were stolen.

I have never stayed at an Extended Stay where the room does not come equipped nor have not even one trash can inside of the room. I had to go and collect all kitchen utensils myself. Unacceptable. Horrible stay.

Dirty The room was disgusting. Dirty everywhere , bottles under the bed among another things.
