The breakfast consisted of coffee only. The hallways and lobby smelled of smoking.

Extended Stay provided the low-cost lodging that I needed. However, the location would be inconvenient for anyone without a car: no restaurant, shopping, or other conveniences near by. The room was clean and spartan (no cooking or eating utensils in a long-term stay property?), which was perfectly fine. The room had no toilet paper (used kleenex tissues) and the bathroom sink was slow draining (pulled a large wad of hair from the drain). Nice place to visit BUT… Nice place but there are some scary folk staying there.
Very friendly ans helpful Customer service was amazing! We even booked an extra night! If your looking to save some $ and not worry about the area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! They provide all dishes to make a meal!

The front desk clerk was very scattered. Took them about 5 minutes to acknowledge us. Then proceeded to complain that everyone wants something from them right away. We asked to get checked in, and they said "see I can't even get a break". Just seemed a bit unprofessional. I know this isn't a high-end hotel but still. In all, it took us about 30 minutes to get checked in. With the clerk complaining the entire time.
