Great staff, always friendly, always helpful. Letisha and Star at the front desk are two real gems. Calvin is a very good man, and was always of real help.

The night desk person was awesome, I was extremely late because of late flights into PHX, when I arrived he was pleasent, professional, and very helpful. Great experience even with us being exhausted.

I stayed for 3 nights 4 days. On the second day no housekeeping came to clean the room, I asked the front desk clerk for more towels. They say they need the old towels so I can get new clean towels. Never experience this anywhere before so I'm not sure if this their policy or they were just having a bad day. Other then not having the room cleaned or new towels. The place is good for the price. Not sure if I would stay again though.

I am sorry that it was not explained to you at check in that we only clean rooms once a week. Since we are extended stay, many of our guests are here for long periods of time, that is why we only clean rooms once a week. Towels should always be available. I can't think of a time we didn't have some. I will be looking into this.
