Hotel was great, car rental sucked The hotel was great with the only change request being to switch the full beds to queen sized beds. Do not however us Hotels.com to book a car rental. They need to remove Cartrawler from their site because in my experience they are a scam.

Check in told me they had no reservations for me. After calling Expedia, their excellent customer service immediately took care of it with front desk & even offered to move me to another hotel! I did get a room. Tiny elevator is limited to TWO people. Lobby is so small that customers could not maintain 6’ apart Safe distance. Housekeeping staff were cheerful & helpful. Building is showing wear with parts of window’s weather stripping falling off, dings in walls, worn and stained carpeting. Bathroom is extremely small.

Improvement My first experience was not so great...it didn't feel clean, drugs were in the cabinet and my room wasn't ready when I had arrived. I've stayed here a couple of times after tbis visit and it has improved! This last stay my room was very clean, comfortable and service was great! They changed something up and need to keep it up!
