It’s fine. This was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area near the Phoenix airport. Other hotels were twice as much. I just needed to spend the night before driving the next day to Sedona. It was fine. Bed was small. Overall clean with one random hair wad on the floor. That was weird. Shower spray was not good. No rear entrance so had to park in back and walk around the building. It’s an older hotel so could use a facelift but served its purpose.

OK hotel. We thought the room came with breakfast, they did have coffee in the lobby. Didn't expect much, we were not disappointed.

The only bad thing was the sink must've been clogged because it drained very slow.
Clean enough and secure, but not in the best neighborhood and limited dining options. Virtually no amenities.
