All of the staff was absolutely incredible especially Ricky ! Only there was an issue with not being able to get the usual captions working on the TV and I am hard of hearing so it was a big deal for me. And as I was on the second floor with cranky knees and the elevator was broken for a couple days this was problematic, otherwise I would have given them a higher rating. I spent only one night here. It was your average affordable motel. I requested additional towels, and they said my request couldn't be fulfilled.
