The room was nice, but not very clean. The first room we were sent to was occupied, or else not serviced. We requested dishes, but they weren't clean either.

Immediately upon walking man to hotel you could tell that it was run down. TV made a terrible buzzing sound and staff blamed an earthquake from another state. They ran out of pillows for the hideaway bed. And the hotel is on kept in general. It looked as if home with people surrounded the area. Not a good neighborhood.

We are due to my boyfriend job assignment with Intel. For 4 days pool was horrible..my son couldnt swim in it...hasnt been clean. Had transferred to another room 2nd day but to only find dog are on and in everywhere . including fridge n freezer. Front Desk did move us again and we are satisfied . we have extended for another week. Staff members can only do so much with limited workers. Their requirements for check in, never in 30 yrs of checking groups did iI have to show every adults personal drivers licenses and credit card! Will never return to an Extended Stay America.

This place is run like a low income apartment complex. The smell of weed and meth permeates the air in the hallways; it is apparent the absolute dregs of society stay here, because they lack the credit and income to qualify for an apartment. My air conditioning went out a few days ago, and have been staying here because it is close to work, while the replacement system is on order. Horrible experience It was after hours (10:30pm) and it took 20 minutes for someone to answer the door, the employee who checked me in was rude while helping me. After I got my keys and went to get in the room the keys did not work so I had to go call again and again it took awhile to get them to answer the phone to make us new keys. Once we were able to get into the room the room was dirty there were clothes left in the drawers the sheets were dirty and there was dirty towel in bathroom.
