Dirtiest property I have stayed in for years. Pool so green and filled with leaves you could not go in it. Elevator had dirt and wrappers in it whichever never cleaned up. We wondered if it was dog poop.

Bad didn’t think a hotel won’t clean a room daily or that customers have to pay for toiletries and towels

Never will stay here Only weekly cleaning don’t like the fact we have to pay for more toilet paper and towel ect

Upon arrival, the property seems rather nice. The staff member's demeanor on arrival was somewhat apathetic. She was helping another customer and her affect was unwelcoming. When we got to our room, it smelled like animal urine. There was animal hair all over the mattress of the fold out sofa. We checked out immediately, but the staff member who took over the woman did not know how to navigate problems.
