Horrible service- beds had blood and coffee stains/ they could bk it give us keys to our room/ staff had to let us in and out. Only 1 person working, she was overwhelmed. Horrible experience! Never staying here again.

It’s a dump. If I hadn’t prepaid would not have stayed

Very unpleasant bad customer service rude team members dirty facilities not recommended

DONT STAY HERE!The pictures & description isFALSE! DONT STAY HERE! Their pictures and description of the stay is a lie! When we got there the lady in front was not very friendly and looked like she hated her job and had somewhere better to be. The smell was awful. When we got to our room the floor had little water puddle on the floor. It look like they had just cleaned as we were checking in. 2 star rank is you get what you paid for First I have to say that the cost for my stay was really good and affordable! That being said my room was run down and didn't seem to be very clean although I am sure the maid did the best! Carpet was stained and dirty. One light was burned out and the bath tub, toilet and sink didn't have that sparkling clean luster like the pricer hotels. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't the greatest. Bad hotel amenities and services The room was not cleaned. The bed mattress was not flipped over on the right side. Hotel amenities was not filled. Overall the hotel was not good from what I paid for.

Place was very dirty. There was a terrible smell. I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom and there were coackroaches in the bathroom!
