My worst experience ever. Bed bugs, cockroaches, dirty rooms, awfully rood staff and disgusting bathroom. They said there’s a breakfast in the morning, but they didn’t have anything except gross “coffee”.

Arrived 20 min before check-in time, hoping the would accommodate an slight earlier time. The Front staff woman seemed the be annoyed when I asked and says “no, you can’t”, nothing else. Mom needed to use the restroom as we been traveling. But there was no restroom on the lobby. Came back 3 hrs later. Was checked in and given the room key to find out that the room wasn’t clean. Not happy It was terrible . I paid online but sense I did not have a credit card we could not stay there . We are not very happy with this whole ordeal .

Check in staff was quite curt. Felt like they assume everyone was going to steal or break something. The room smelled horrible. Very dirty. Shower had a hole in the tub where the washcloth handle is. Window screen was missing. Neither of the lights by the beds worked. Doors were grimey. We were told we had to take our own garbage out to the dumpster. The sheets and towels were clean.
