There’s only 1 front desk person. If you need something, you have to pick it up at the front desk. The hallways smelled like seafood. They only have 1 luggage cart. Coffee is watered down. On the go breakfast was small muffins and the staff hides it behind the counter. Bathroom sink clogged. I will never stay at this place.

This was a terrible place to stay we had to leave. It was extremely dirty. I could not put my suitcase on the floor. It was caked with dirty. We had to leave. Staff were very rude and were not friendly

Not what I expected. Blood stained sofa bed. No house keeping. Blood stain on bathroom door.

Mattress were soiled and blood stained. Shower leaked water. Door didn’t close properly. Very noisy from tenants upbove. Was promised refund but didn’t get it.

Had to change the room because of poor maintenance, no communication between staff, old run down inside the rooms holes in walls, sofas, broken ironing boards. I would never Stay there again, only stayed due to I was tired and only available

This place is awful, not worth a single dollar, the room is ridiculously small, smells horrible and is extremely dirty. Staff is beyond rude absolutely zero customer service skills. No room cleaning (well every 2 weeks!!!!!) If we want clean linens we have to bring the dirty ones to the front desk to exchange them and then put them on ourselves, we also have to take our own trash to the dumpster!!!!!
