Im going to give benefit of the doubt and say that the hotel was understaffed. The room was dirty (actual substance on the door no clue what it was), things in disrepair. You have to ask for supplies and anytime you needed something it seemed like a chore to the staff. This was more of what I would expect from a budget motel then an extended stay.

When we arrived the lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. After getting to our room we noticed that there were no linens for the pull out bed and requested some. She very gruffly told us they were in the wash. About 2 hours later as we were going out for the event that we were there for and i let the front desk know we would be out to an event till late and to please put the linens in the room when they had a chance. It smelled horribly like cat pee in the hallway and our room and the beds were dirty and the mattress in the sofa had the springs coming out so my son was very uncomfortable

There was a lot of bad smells Old carpet,old drapes had a bad stinch

Beyond disgusting and filthy. Unsanitary The room was disgustingly dirty - food smeared on the floor, urine on bottom of toilet seats, there was no window screens, there was no mattress in pull out sofa, no remote for tv , cigarette ashes when it was a non smoking room- hairs on the night stand , room was disgusting and they couldn’t switch due to capacity fullness - my main concern was having my kids stay in that filth - I was here for a very important family event and this was a horrible expo

No bueno. I let the hotel know we'd be arriving after midnight. Got there doors were locked. Picked up after hours phone and it rang for 10 minutes straight, no answer. An old lady on a power chair was stuck outside she had us use her key to open the door so she could get back in, we went in behind her so we could at least be indoors, since our uber had dropped us off and we were stuck with nowhere to go. Another 10 minutes pass before the worker finally came out and was irritated to be bothered. Finally got checked in. The ... read more
