Rooms were old with drawers that were either completely broken or did not work. They need a major upgrade with chipped paint all over. The 'breakfast included" was only granola bars as they said vendor had not delivered other items in a while. False advertising at it's best. People working there tried their best to help when possible.

No basic amenities such as shampoo or a showering soap were provided. The terrible smell in the hallway was lingering the entire weekend. The towels, which you have to go down and exchange if you want new ones, we’re old and raggedy. There were disgusting stains in the pullout couch mattress and flipping it over was even worse. Wouldn’t recommend Not very clean. Dirty pull out mattress, overall not a nice place. Everything was broken or falling apart. The workers were not friendly or welcoming. Was only a grab and go breakfast which wasn’t great.

The check-in process was great. The facility experience and later service were disappointing. ----- The front desk staff who was there on the night we checked in. I only stayed for a night but when trying to do my check in the lady at the counter told me that they were overbooked and they might have no room for my family… finally she had the room but she said didn’t have enough laundry etc if we need extra linen … overall very unprofessional and rude also the mattress in the sofá cama had a huge blood stain … we decided to stay here because it was close to airport an Uber rides are very costly in Phoenix also we only slept 5 hours and left, not staying here again though, thanks
