Worst hotel period! Worst hotel ive even seen or ever ckd into. Didnt even stay over an hour! Loaded my bags n left. Did not feel safe there. Horrible experience

Dirty, noisy all night, loiterers outside, etc We immediately noticed loiterers in the parking lot. Room was run down, table had a big dip in the middle, bed was nasty. Excessive data collection from the lady at the front desk, including my employer, etc. I refused to provide this, not sure who they are collecting for. They wanted photo ID from all adults staying, never see this at other hotels. I'm assuming they don't take details from the loiterers. Overall worst hotel stay ever.

They never clean your room even if you stay a month

I stayed there for a whole month and they never came in to clean my room once

Su personal no tiene ni idea del trato al cliente. Al momento de llegar al hotel y registrarnos no fue nada cordial las personas encargadas. Fueron tantos requisitos que nos pidieron para registrarnos que se nos hizo muy tedioso.

Avoid this property at all costs!!! I had to change rooms on arrival because the garbage disposal was dead and clogged with the most foul smell coming from it. They moved me next door only to find out the disposal was non existent. I inquired and they said they were removing all of them. I then found out my dishwasher was broken along with the microwave and the front burner of the stove. The staff were incredibly rude. Check in took forever once they finally come to the desk, waited for twenty minutes. I would have canceled amd found another place if i could have.
