BLAH!!!! Not as nice as on pictures. Pull out couch mattress had its days, very thin and not comfy at all. TV was small. Rooms Not at all as in pictures. Had us fooled w/price we paid.

Terrible experience, dont you even think about it The service was awful, the persons that were in front desk were always in bad mood, its a shame that the description of this hotel said that has breakfast as they give us ONE granola bar (exactly one and no more), t for cleaning you have to ask.. Really I dont know how is this working right now.

The hotel room was small and the air conditioning vent was only in the living room (of a 1 bedroom suite) and not in the bedroom. The carpet was not clean and overall the facility looked run down. It did not look like advertised.

Lobby was dirty, Terrible smell in the hallway took the elevator to my room and my key card did not work. Decided to leave due to how dirty the lobby and hallways were did not feel comfortable even going in the room.

Worst hotel ever! There were crack roaches, tiny bugs on the counters, the floor, chairs and couch were filthy and it smelled of weed. Do not let the pictures fool you. The front desk lady was intense. We had no choice but to stay in the hotel because all other hotels were fully booked. We cancelled our booking the following night.

wasnt what it was !! said they said they had food they didn’t really have any food. There’s no Internet no nothing it was horrible. Dirty , everything was from the 1970s.

Lights in bedroom didn’t work, lots of garbage under bed, rest of room was probably not very clean, second bed was a thin, springy couch mattress. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. I didn’t wanna be blamed for all of this, garbage, damage, etc. I called Expedia, getting a discount on the night we stayed, and a refund for checking out early. (Didn’t stay second night) I also invited the manager into the room and showed him everything we were not happy with.

There’s only 1 front desk person. If you need something, you have to pick it up at the front desk. The hallways smelled like seafood. They only have 1 luggage cart. Coffee is watered down. On the go breakfast was small muffins and the staff hides it behind the counter. Bathroom sink clogged. I will never stay at this place.
