The lady who checked us in was so rude! Our refrigerator was so noisy and made it hard to sleep. Treadmill in the gym did not work. There was a broken drawer in the bathroom.

My worst experience ever. Bed bugs, cockroaches, dirty rooms, awfully rood staff and disgusting bathroom. They said there’s a breakfast in the morning, but they didn’t have anything except gross “coffee”.

Arrived 20 min before check-in time, hoping the would accommodate an slight earlier time. The Front staff woman seemed the be annoyed when I asked and says “no, you can’t”, nothing else. Mom needed to use the restroom as we been traveling. But there was no restroom on the lobby. Came back 3 hrs later. Was checked in and given the room key to find out that the room wasn’t clean.
