No ice machine on property. Ice maker in refrigerator did not work. Grab and go breakfast very disappointing.

The room was very dirty. There was hairs everywhere in the bathroom as well as urine on the bottom of the toilet and dirt in the shower and the smell in the room smelled like sewer

Stood at the check-in counter for 20 min while the clerk talked to her friend outside about what they were going to do later on. No pillows in our room, asked for some and they gave us one. It was all they had available.

I Didnt care for how dirty it was and the staff doent help out at all or seem to care we got into our room there was a big in the tub, there was no cups or anything everying was nasty ww had a broken dwar that the pices were just laying in the room, and most of all and i want to see how to get a re fund on my stay is that the sofa bed my children were going to sleep in was in horrific condition it was full of piss and blood and when i went down stairs they had no intention to do anythig about it, very disgusting i puked it w... read more

Place to avoid. pool was closed, no breakfast. Upon discussion with FD clerk, he advised yould reduce rate to @150.00 per day. Upont check out clerk could not produce a bill not find anything on her computer.. not helpful at all. at this time, have no clues as to the charges. Plan to dispute all with Amex. Place dirty with garbage bags in corridors. room is dire need of refurbishing,

The fold out bed was disgusting. Had a huge stain. Called for sheets and they weren’t delivered. Had to go and get them. Bathroom wasn’t great. What looks like black mold in the folds of the bathtub. Leftover trash from the previous guest was found in cabinets and on the floor. Carpets stained.

Rooms carpets were stained, stains on walls. Inconvenient "towel exchange". Staff coming into our room unannounced, for no known reason, no knock at door before entering.

The place was kind of dirty. The staff was rude. I called down to the front desk to get batteries for my tv remote cause there wasn’t any, the lady said she don’t know where the batteries are and for me to come downstairs to get it. I said hey can I get batteries for the remote there wasn’t any. She said and I quote “I don’t know where the Batteries are, come down and get it” and hung up.
