Our prepaid room was given to someone else We got away late, waiting for child's presciption to be filled (shortage made it a 4 hour wait). We called the hotel to let them know we would be late, but we arrived at the hotel they had given our prepaid deluxe family suite away but put us in a room that would not accomodate my family, and it was not clean so we left, went to front desk, and asked for our $ to be refunded.
