Was close to the airport

I didn’t like anything. The halls and room were dirty and smell really bad. Horrible experience for me and my family. I had to canceled it.

I’ve stayed at Extended Stay hotels before and they were amazing with plenty of amenities. This place was horrible. Half cleaned all the time, and smelled of cigarettes and dog. Plus; I know the linens were washed because they smelled clean, but a hotel needs to throw away towels with black and brown and yellow stains on them! Speaking of dogs, the ones in the hotel barked in excess ALL the time. Then, there were the nonstop, super loud pool parties that happened every afternoon. Terrible Extended stay was really bad it was filty noisy no dishes ir silverware fridge was dirty smells bad their were people doing drugs in the hallways and parking lot i only stayed one day and i didn't receive my money back for second day i did not stay girl at counter told me i had to contact hotel.com and i did but still have not recieved my money we felt so unsafe didn't really sleep the first night cause had to keep an eye on vehicle

Overall cleanliness of the common areas and the room was horrible. The floor near the beds and under the bed was disgustingly dirty. There was always a clean towel shortage. The towels were stained. We were a family of 5 in a suite for a 5 night duration. The refrigerator leaked water. There were no dishes in the kitchen and was only provided a skillet, a bowl and a spoon. Some of the front desk staff was unprofessional and not helpful. I was very disappointed and I will not be staying at this hotel chain again.

The air conditioner in my room was not working and it 106 degrees outside so the room was uncomfortable. Front dest was not willing to help. Called hotels.com 800 number agent i spoke was not helpful at all

Disappointed We reserved our pet friendly room, we arrived and were told there was no pet friendly rooms available and that when we reserve a room it is not guaranteed that we will be given a room. This was relayed to us after a 6 hour drive arriving at 12:30 a.m. this is definitely not a hotel we will be using in the near future

I could not have my service dog stay with me. It was not explained to me correctly. I could not talk to staff.
