Clean inside. Dog crap everywhere outside and trash overflowing for days.

They claimed that we didn't have reservations n we needed to drive back to tucson.

Unnecessarily dirty… Super dirty and smelly. Floors had not been cleaned in what looked like weeks. Sticky stains all over everything. Our room didn’t have sheets for our sofa bed & the toilet leaked at the base and flooded the floor. People smoking inside. Sheets smelled dirty and pillows smelled like they were washed either.

Meh The overall size of the room is great. However, the beds are uncomfortable, the shower barely worked, the faucet was coming off the wall, it smelled like cigarettes and grease. The staff was rude and didn’t seem to have a clue or care. They also had a shortage of towels, blankets and pillows

Hotels in run down and dirty. The front desk staff was inundated with too many things. There were enough people to help. And there wasn’t really a sense of customer service. I would not recommend this place at all. I will never stay there again.

Great price. But disappointing. I would NOT recommend. Nice that if you need it has full size refrigerator. Icemaker even though there was nothing to catch ice. Full kitchen sink. A small cook top stove. Even though non smoking Hotel you could smell smoke in halls. Because it is an extended hotel you could smell food cooking from other rooms. Hair dryer not working. Had to go down to office to see if hey had one since there are NO PHONE IN ROOM. They did.. No working TV said no service. Free Breakfast - more like snack time.... read more
