Novice rude worker Upon checking into the room the front desk agent at Extended Stay deleted the reservation that had the info with the Hotels.com billing information and tried to have me pay for the night stay again directly to the hotel. When i declined she began to state that there was no more rooms and that my reservation was on the wrong date, to which I reminded her that she saw the reservation and that she just canceled it not even 5-minutes before. I’m typically not very picky about hotels that I stay at, but the lack of cleanliness and the aweful smell at this hotel made it completely unbearable. We were only to last in our room for maybe an hour or so due to the horrendous smell. It also didn’t seem like anyone at the facility really bothered to clean the room much before we checked in. I’m not even sure if they have a cleaning staff as I only came across two employees and neither were able to help me find a new room or clean the room. Our choices were to either deal... read more

Old...needs serious upgrades. Elevator out of service. In room refrigerator noisey in miidle of night. Csrpet torn, dirty. Old property.

This property did not have a working elevator. The rooms had dirty carpets and the hotel was very noisy which led to an inability to sleep. Overall, I felt unsafe. This property should not be on Expedia.

Very disappointed For this money, I expected more. I was refused access to the lobby bathroom as it was "employees only". We got a third floor room and the elevator was out of order. I killed a roach on the wall. Tile floor was so sticky our shoes adhered to it, and the carpet was filthy, with ground in gum. Refrigerator thick with dust on top. Notice of $1.00 extra charge for any attempted phone calls. No security, as the door from the parking lot to the stairs was permanently blocked open. This room was NOT worth $200.

I am 79 years old and was given a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator to help carry my bag. The older woman at your counter offered! The room requires a new bed as the springs are shot!

The room was quiet, I was street side. Front desk was polite and it’s near a shopping center. The sink did not drain, the black chairs had white stains, floor appeared dirty, free Internet is slow but there is a paid option.
