Alright The room was very mediocre. Bed was decent but the fold out couch was small and miserable. Room only came with 3 small pillows and the hotel had no more so we went and bought some actual size pillows from Walmart. Carpet smelled like it had never been washed before. For the price of this stay I wish I would have spent another $20 and gone to a nicer place as we did not need the kitchenette.

Good property, like most in Phoenix it was expensive. Very little breakfast options but the place was clean and safe.

Awesome! Overall this location was a great stay for my family and friends. It was in the nicer area of phoenix so that was a big plus. The room could use a little more attention but overall i dont have a big complaint. I thought this location served breakfast, but only served hot tea, coffee and muffins. I think that was fault on my end. I am definitely gonna come stay here again in the near future!

Eh The carpet had multiple stains and sticky spots, it was even torn and ripped in places. The pedestal beds felt unstable and shook every time someone moved on it. The hotel had a weird musky smell throughout it.
