it was in a good location. close to the universities, Chase Field, stores on the same street and the diner across was amazing.

Not again Stay was not so good, cleanliness could be better, TV remote was so dirty, light switches dirty and I saw a cockroach. Seeing that cockroach made it very uncomfortable to enjoy night.
