Terrible Stay stair wells were very dirty with a strange smell. the room was ok, but the bathroom had stains on the counter. Bed was very noisy when moving around. Not sure, but don't have ice machines which would be better than what was in freezer in room. attached picture of what the bathroom counter looked like. was not worth the $200 i was charged for 1 night.

Well this is hard to write because I’ve been to this property many time because it convenient to my work in the area and it used to be a nice place to stay but the property is really run down and in bad need of a renovation missing stained paint in the room and the hallways. Carpet in the halls and stairs are run down a filthy. The room was also run down but comfortable. It disappointing because the folks that work there are top notch and just nice people but unless I hear it been renovated I won’t be going back.

The only negative was the system was down and it tooks us almost 2 hours to be able to get checked in. The guy working the front desk was waiting on manger to call so he can give us keys. Other than that the hotel itself was great. Nice clean room. Oh and the elevator didn't work so that kind of sucked. But the room was nice, big and clean.

The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The only issues were with the conditions of the fasciitis. Under the bed wasn’t vacuumed and I had to straighten two of the bed feet (they were bent) so it wouldn’t collapse on me. Also, the mattress for the couch pull out bed was missing which made the couch unusable to sit on. They did tell me about that before checking in. The elevator also was not working the entire time I was there.

This is an older property but has had some updates...newer flooring. It was generally clean but if you looked close could use some detailed cleaning and some maintenance. Hole in shower wall, room smelled of food, outlet in bathroom didn't work. It was fine for our quick overnight stay but likely won't be back.

Probably would not stay at Extended Stay America again. The price of the property did not match our expectations. This was our second time and would not stay a third time.
