I liked that it was easy to find and easy access. I didn't like that I reserved one of the room's for four people and I couldn't get extra pillows or blankets. And the fold out sofa bed only has the mattress. I spoke to an older lady employee that didn't have a name badge but did have attitude. It seemed like I was asking for to much from her. When I paid the extra fee for more people in one room, I figured that she would accommodate for what I paid for.

Ok but not going the extra mile Pros:Awesome diner(5 and Diner)directly across the street.Room had a refrigerator and stove.Felt safe in the area.Lots of parking,all free. Cons:No 24hr front desk.Sign says staff come on duty at 6:30AM. Biltmore adjacent It was a good hotel close to a lot of amenities!
Terrible Stay stair wells were very dirty with a strange smell. the room was ok, but the bathroom had stains on the counter. Bed was very noisy when moving around. Not sure, but don't have ice machines which would be better than what was in freezer in room. attached picture of what the bathroom counter looked like. was not worth the $200 i was charged for 1 night.

Well this is hard to write because I’ve been to this property many time because it convenient to my work in the area and it used to be a nice place to stay but the property is really run down and in bad need of a renovation missing stained paint in the room and the hallways. Carpet in the halls and stairs are run down a filthy. The room was also run down but comfortable. It disappointing because the folks that work there are top notch and just nice people but unless I hear it been renovated I won’t be going back.
