Could use a Cleaning I had read other reviews, so I went in knowing that there is a staffing shortage and cleanliness may be an issue. There was litter in the hallways, all it needs is a vacuuming. In my room, there were also things that were missed during a normal cleaning. Vacuuming, wiping down the leather sofa, wiping down the doors and sides of the table. The carpets in the hallways and on the stairs really needs a cleaning. Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower too was clean. Towels were soft and clean.... read more

One positive aspect is the friendliness and professionalism that Dawn performed over the phone on numerous occasions when I spoke with her prior to my arrival. Unfortunately, many negative issues such as hallways are dim, deluxe studio w/ sofa bed was a small room, wheelchair accessible bathroom was ok for toilet use but not shower, sofa sleeper mattress was used thinly and dirty, the window did not lock (which was located on ground level accessible to pool area), hole in bathroom door, missing drawer, missing phone cord, lo... read more

Extended Stay Hotel- Phoenix/Bitmore Decent low price range but services are also limited; no housekeeping services but can exchange bath towels. Housekeeping service is an extra charge, if needed. Room condition was decent and comfortable. Really enjoyed the amenities of restaurants and stores within close proximity to the hotel.

A convenient location near friends we were visiting.
The front door had no automatic opener so it wasn't wheelchair accessible. The area for breakfast was right in the front lobby which was very small. I was surprised when I first entered the room and all of the lights and TV were on. I had not had that experience before. I would stay there again if I needed a place close to the hospital.
