Fantastic Hotel! It was wonderful to have a spacious room. The full kitchen was an excellent touch. Romeo at the front was so helpful! Wonderful service!

The room didn’t smell clean. The elevator was filthy the floor was unkept. The whole building seems so unkept. It was not like it use to be . Before I checked in it were men outside in a car starring like they wanted to rob me and I didn’t want to have to defend myself. Over all I checked out early I left the hotel @ 6:30 pm because I felt unsafe unclean very disappointed!!!!!!!!

Almost perfect Everything with & for my stay @ the Extended Stay America - Biltmore was wonderful, with 1 minor exception. The toilet flushing was a little slow.

Great location Check in was quick and the staff were courteous. Hotel is within walking distance of stores. Location was great for us. Would rent again.
