I definitely liked the location. This property was near excellent shopping, restaurants, and freeway access. It was safe, there was plenty of parking, the building and landscaping were well maintained. The carpets and sofa pullout had worrisome stains. Also the continental breakfast including small packaged muffins, granola bars, and instant oatmeal packets.

Better than expected Check in was fast and friendly. Managment went above and beyond to make sure me and my family had what we needed in our room to make our stay more enjoyable. Will definitely book here again

They advertise breakfast, but it’s bad coffee, granola bars and instant oatmeal. Hot tub was nice.

A nice budget option for a great area of Phoenix. The place was very clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I will stay again.
