Clean comfortable room It is a fine place. Nothing in the room because of Covid but they give you what you need when you ask. Coffee, etc.

My stay at this hotel. Overall it was OK. The lobby was small and cramped also the hallways and stairs needed a good shampoo on the carpet as it was dingy. The ad saying "The Biltmore area" is misleading as the Biltmore and neighborhood is more east and very different than this area. The front desk staff were nice and polite when we checked in checked out or needed something. The clientele there overall was polite and no disturbs.
