Was issued a non-smoking room and as soon as I walked into the room can smell the smoking odor and other terrible smells coming out. Was assigned a different room and had issues with the card reader to get in. Had to go back to front desk to get assistance. Checked in around 3:30 pm. my issue was fixed around 7pm.

I will not go back unless they have made changes! Service was great but room was not clean. Bedsheets or comforter were not changed from previous guest. Hair was all over. Room did not have any trash cans. No cups or plastic cups. There was no soap or shampoo. There was used soap left in the bath tub. There were blood stains on the carpet and the iron board. Little scary and alarming. Guest service was nice and courteous.

Hotel was super filthy. Toilet extremely disgusting. The halls old and dirty. The elevator dirty. Entrance of hotel was disgusted

Poor FRIDAY NIGHT, OUR FIRST NIGHT WAS FINE. SAT. NIGHT WE GOT VERY LITTLE SLEEP. UPSTAIRS ROOM 339 WERE WALKING AROUND STUMPING ON THE FLOOR ABOVE US AND THE SOUND WATER/SHOWER WAS SO LOUD. THERE Were 3 OCCASIONS WHERE THEY WERE taking a shower starting around 11pm to 4 am. I called the front desk to report the uncomfortable issue and loud noise coming from upstairs, but nobody answered.
