I went to a room dirty, they did not clean the hotel room that it was assigned, then the key was not working and the bathtub was clogged, hot water was taking forever to come.

I made a reservation through expedia for a 2 bed room. When i arrived i was told they had no rooms available with two beds. They gave us a queen bed, which worked for the little time that we had just to rest and leave again. But then they tell us we have to wait 15-20 minutes due to an audit of some sort, this being 1am. Drove 13 hours just to sit and wait for a room.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL The room was not prepared with blankets, toilet paper, any complimentary items that was advertised. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. No housekeeping service and towels were very minimum and extremely dirty and worn out. The sheets were of VERY POOR quality. They charged $200 deposit that I was told would take 1 to 2 weeks to get refunded back into my account.
