Check-in was confusing and stressful. I was initially told there were no rooms available and that my reservation had been canceled by Expedia, only to be called back later and told that was a mistake and my room was available after all. Communication with staff was difficult due to a language barrier, which made the situation even more frustrating. I was told to leave after filing a complaint with corporate about sexual harassment but only after I went to the property manager
Signs of vermin burrowing in underside of boxspring, clump of hair of vermin (possible rat) found under bed. underbed
Check in was good. The staff was nice. But there were no dishes, no towels and house keeper never cleaned our room for the 7 days we were there.The staff never seems to know where or how to get these items. They were always out of the items. Every day we have to ask for towel. We couldn't buy food to cook (which is the reason we wanted a kitchenette to save money) we ended up having to spend more money to eat out everyday. .
Charged me $250 for blood on the bathroom cabinet. I was rushed to the hospital for passing out and falling.
