DON’T DO IT AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I didn’t stay, THEY WANT A $200 DEPOSIT to check in to a hotel that is horrible, place looks very sketchy, shame on them and hotels dot com for not posting this ridiculous deposit rule.

No shampoo, no conditioner, no dryer! The window can’t closed, a lot nosy.

Very disappointing and gross Staff was very rude and unprofessional at check in. The hotel looks great from the outside until you see your room that’s very very simple outdated, smelly and dirty looking. Stains all in the carpet. Stove very old and rusty. Bathroom towels had stains. Was not aware there was a $200 deposit required at check in that I was not informed of until I had arrived. They would not accept cash for the deposit either. Hallways and stairwells were dirty with bandaids on the floor and smelt bad.

Cleanliness zero, room bathroom smelled like a men’s bar bathroom, floor so sticky, dirty sink, room smell terrible… in general, bad experience.

Awful Customer Service Experience My friend was transitioning living arrangements and needed a room for just one night. She went into the lobby to ask about a room and was told she had to book online. She booked online then was told there was an additional deposit that she didn’t have enough money for. We asked that they refund the room since they were unable to complete the transaction. The front desk clerk was completely unhelpful and down right nasty.
