Old unkempt hotel. Room was not cleaned. This place has many strange smells and people coming in and out

I didn’t read the fine print about complimentary breakfast. It had some muffins out and coffee and the creamer had a spit worth left creamer out and was warm.

The hall ways were very dirty. At 8:30 in the morning there was no coffee left and no "breakfast". When asked if there was more coffee or creamer the desk person said "we ran out".

I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. The outside of hotel needs a major clean up, with paint and power washing at the entrance. The inside of the hotel also needs a major remodel. Everything is old and rusted. Bad location with poor lighting and bums right outside of the hotel hanging out under the awning. Felt very unsafe, I ended up leaving with my kids and drove all the way back home after our concert. Definitely do not recommend.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place is sooo nasty!!!! No toilet paper... Just an empty roll. All around the toilet there's little hairs. Like pubic hairs... Gross!!. All the countertops were dirty... I wiped them down with white cloths and they came out black..Does anyone clean??? I don't even know if they change the sheets? The fridge has old meat drippings in the bottom. I should have stayed in a motel 6. And the reviews showing up on this place???HOW??? I don't even think it's for the right Hotel. Maybe try cleaning this place... read more

We stayed at the Extended Stay Chandler on 10/16 and the room was disgusting. All the towels were used and left on the counter and floor, the bed was unmade with dirty sheets, and parts of the room were literally unfinished — no floorboards, drywall scored and unpainted. When I tried to complain, no one was at the front desk. I rang the bell, waited, nothing.
