Not desirable Not a desirable location, the room was ok. We liked the LVP flooring throughout. The room was not fully cleaned, dirty bath towels in bathroom. Front desk employee took care of it right away. No bedding for the pull out, which the front desk employee brought right away. Cheap place to stay.

Business response:

Cynthia, thank you for the feedback regarding your stay. We apologize for the concerns you had with your guest room; however, we are pleased that our staff resolved this to your satisfaction. Our team is dedicated to providing genuine and attentive hospitality, and we appreciate you acknowledging their efforts. We hope you will stay with us again the next time you are in our area. Sincerely, Hotel management

It’s somewhat okay, short staff Right at check-in I was advise the elevator was out of order. We had stayed there before Christmas holiday at the same hotel where the elevator was broken through the whole morning. This hotel needs a 24/7 maintenance person or get a new elevator system or maybe another elevator to make it more easier for handicapped and disabled people. This hotel does not have a built-in outside access systems for the side doors, where you can make it to your room, from your car to your room faster.

Business response:

Robin thank you for your detailed review. We are glad you had a pleasant stay overall. However, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the elevator. Please be assured, we will share your comments with our engineering team and make sure we prevent such reoccurrences. We hope you will consider this as an isolated incident and allow us the opportunity to welcome you back. Sincerely, Hotel Management
