The place is reasonably clean, quiet, safe, economical, and off the beaten path just a bit. It is conveniently near St. Joseph's Hospital and less expensive than the other nearby hotels. The tub in 322 was only usable as a shower, and the exhaust fan did not work, however that was sufficient for my short stay.

First room smelled like an ashtray even though it was marked no smoking. Went back to lobby and the police were there to arrest a person that was apparently trying to open up room doors. Next room was better but used towels were hanging on the back of bathroom door and counters had debris. Thankfully I only needed to stay one night but definitely felt uneasy and didn’t sleep well.
