Disappointed Having stayed at Extended stays before the condition of the room was disappointing. The room was musty loke someone smoked in it. The carpet was gross. Like it hadn't been clean in months.

Hope you don't need anything in a hurry! Room was just fine, front desk service was extremely slow, there were no drinking glasses available until after 5:30 PM (checked in at 3 PM,the extra sheets for the hide-a-bed were never available. I've been staying here for more than 10 years & supplies have never been this hard to come by! I sure miss Brenda & the good ole days! On the positive side, three, count 'em three luggage carts, a first & an oh so welcome improvement!!
