I liked the fact that we were put in a handycap accessible room. Which was clean with no carpet. The hallways stunk like garbage. This is because they have a room that has garbage in it. My thing is collect the garbage and take it outside. Do not keep in doors and wait until the room is full. It was such a disgusting smell!

Frustrating but good room The room was phenomenal, roomy, comfortable king bed, lots of windows. The check-in was a disaster! The clerks were not friendly and appeared inexperienced, low recommendation on the service but the room was great!

recent stay a few little minor glitches but the staff resolved them for me and the overall experience was really good and the staff was very friendly

Well the room is livable but the the price I should have not had to deep clean and the carpet definitely needs to be replaced I cannot get rid of the urine smell and I've tried different things I continue to stay because I am in between residence right now and tired of bouncing from hotel to hotel I am slowly trying to make it feel more homely. Overall I can live with it for now

Poor First Impression I showed up for check-in at 2:30. I heard the girl at the desk rudely telling the customer ahead of me that check—in isn’t until 3:00 and they would have to come back in 30 minutes. I left and came back at 3:00 to find a line of perplexed people waiting to check-in. Definitely a very poor first impression.

Location was perfect. Close to hospital, museums, eateries. Free parking was convenient. Nice kitchen, appreciated the kitchen items supplied (coffee maker, toaster, pans, etc.) Suggestion: Shower has smooth, slippery floor...grab bars or non-slip bath mat would be a nice safety addition (we bought a at at nearby drugstore)
