Two words come to mind: Dirty and dive. By far this was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Thankfully, it was one night. Walking the room corridor, even in poor light I could see most doors, door frames had dirt smudges and the carpet looked like an old race track. My room. The bed and bathroom were fine, but again the carpet and sofa were disgusting. The one vending machine was broken, so I had to walk to a near by Walgreens to get bottled water. The room smelled like mold. The lamp was broken. There were stains crusted into the carpet everywhere. Holes in the couch and the bedspread. Nothing in the kitchen was working except the refrigerator, but the attached kitchen was useless. I changed to a new hotel and they refused to refund the other days I did not stay there. They lied to Expedia saying I stayed the whole time, when I left after the first night and they told me I was checked out in the computer. Cockroaches everwhere. This is the only hotel i've ever left. I checked in then saw the room and left. The light bulbs where growing fuzz, like they've never been cleaned and the mattress and bedding had stains. Worst experience ever. I expected more from an extened stay.

READ FIRST! DO NOT BOOK! PLEASE READ! DON'T BOOK A ROOM HERE! From the arrival to our departure was a disaster. We requested and confirmed adjoining rooms as there were a total of five of us. Nope, never again. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were to check in at 3:00 pm. We had reserved and paid for two rooms. One room was not ready and we had to wait for over an hour to give us a different room. The other room we reserved but had a cigarette and some change sitting on a table and the pillows did not have pillow cases. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs. I had a confirmed booking and arrived at the hotel around 8:00 PM. They handed me the keys, but when I entered the room, I was shocked. The room was a complete disaster — no bedsheets, just a bare mattress, used and dirty pillows and sheets thrown on the floor, no towels, and everything was filthy. Worst hotel i ever been to. Bathroom door falling off the bedding on pull out bed springs popping out of pull out bed. Ac so loud sound like it was going to blow up. Died bird outside the window scared my kids even more
