Get what you pay for? General manager seemed on top of it, but his associates were never at the front desk, anyone could have just walked in and when I did stop at the desk they yelled from the back room if I needed help. Never saw their faces unless they were smoking outside the front doors...Kitchenette falling apart, dishwasher didn't work, loose baseboard molding, chipped plaster, couldn't close the curtains all the way, no plug in the bathtub. Chose this location because it was close the hospital where I was having surgery. The tub was rust stained as was the faucet in the tub an it leaked. The dresser drawer was broken. The carpet was stained and dirty. The hide a bed was very hard to sit on. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Stay experience Hotel Rooms are in poor conditions, damages to the walls, furniture, & appliances. Hotel itself is okay they keep as clean as they can. Walls are thin since your able to hear people in nearby rooms & in the hallways. Hotel close to the Valley Metro Station.

We book the suit but no breakfast no tv in the room too noisy and dirty this property even iron not working Not recommended At all.

When we arrived at this property with our family of 4, we found out that they had over booked and our room was not available and that they had NO ROOMS availabile. Our family of 4, at 11pm, was given no other options. We were told there was no manager available to speak with until Monday (this was friday night) and the receptionist was extremely rude, not only with us, but the 2 other families who were also turned away.
