My card key got deactivated 30 min after checking in, the smell in the hallways is bad, to many different kinds of air freshner, and last but dont least, when i got to open the sofa bed for my kids to sleep, there was a reallly big stain on the matress which I wasn't going to let my kids sleep on it! My husband is trying to get that mattress replace or get a diferrent room, theres no extra sheets or pillows, it looks and feel cheap.

Allowed pets. Debris and garbage in hallways. Outside areas need cleaned up. Fast food wrappers and discarded smoking pipe left by door

dogs barked and howled every morning There were dogs everywhere - more of a dog hotel instead of people hotel. They barked and howled starting at 6am. It was horrible! I don't understand people - they owners were in the room with the dogs and let them do this. It wasn't the hotel's fault the dogs barked, but if you allow dogs to stay there, its going to happen. We're never staying there again!

Staff is very rude and dirty. Its like pulling teeth to get help from anyone.

not truthful of ammenities i was not happy in anyway

Very Disappointed There is no amenities in the room, no coffee/tea, no coffee maker, no hanger to hang clothes, no cup, only one tiny shampoo, tiny face soap and a bar of bath soup. Although there is nothing in the kitchen. The first receptionist was unfriendly, later came up with a better one but it took her so long to assign the rooms to us (three of us checked in 3 rooms).

Won't return The room had no channel guide and no instructions on how to connect with the wifi. When my husband asked the front desk for a channel guide he was disappointed by the number of listed channels that weren't available. And two of our favorite channels were not available at all. Outlets were not convenient to the bed for my white noise machine. The continental breakfast was disappointing.

The property was fine for the money. But they did not have my reservation in their system.
