Nice location I didn't like the staff member who didn't do much but give me my paper to sign with no direction to my room, no info on breakfast, no info on anything. Nice room and location was perfect. Please have a better staff member. The male staff was not friendly but the female staff members were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was dirty. Trash from previous guest left in room. Room lacked any utensils, pots,pans or dish ware. Checkout receptionist was less than helpful or concerned. Internet was slow and inefficient. Bed was horribly uncomfortable,as were the pillows. Towels were old, stained, and thin. No coffee maker in room. Location was nice. Would DEFINITELY not recommend this hotel.

Okay hotel This hotel could be so much nicer if it was better maintained. The only complaint I have is that it was dirtier than most hotels where I have stayed. I understand it's an extended stay (clean the rooms once every 7 days) but not only the rooms were visibly dirtier but the hallways and stairs as well. The outside garbage was overflowing for a couple of days. However the rooms were large and comfortable and it had a nice pool.

Nice Location near Scottsdale but gross Hotel hallways and room smelled like 15 men who hadn't showered in a month smoked a carton of cigarettes stayed the night before. I had booked to stay 2 nights but left after the first night

I would not stay at this hotel again We were not given the room we booked. The staff was not helpful with this and very unsympathetic. The desk was never staffed and we often had to wait many mintues before anyone even showed up to help. There was a huge pile of garbage by the pool for days.

Dirty toilet The toilet was not working and had human waste in the bowl. The clerk at the front desk said she couldn't do anything until the manager showed up. There was waste in the shower tub, the kitchen was bare, no sheets for the pull out sofa and the tv stand drawers were broken. Thrash was piled up by the elevators. When checking out the clerk would not responsive to my concerns because we booked through hotels.com. Poorly maintained.

Horrible service.The staff was useless and abrasive.They did not clean the room and when I asked for clean towels I was asked to come back in 15 min.....I came back in 20 and the person at the desk acted like she had never seen me.......:(

Health hazard!! Cleanliness was disgusting. First room I checked into the fridge was making a horrendously loud noise all night long. I've moved rooms the following day to find hairclips and dog treat on the floor. Just look at the state behind the curtains, the air conditioner and bathroom vent were filthy. I've stayed all around the world in a lot of hotels and never left a review on any of them good or indifferent. The worst place I've ever stayed. I warn you for your own health don't book this hotel.
