chose the property for location purposes. i checked in super late in the night but the gentleman at front desk was super friendly. got to room only to find it reeked of old cigerette smell. there was no toilet paper, shower curtain, or bedspread. called front desk with hopes they would deliver items to the room, but the lady had me walk down to the room at 230am.

. We had an incident where the smoke alarm went of The bathrooms are too small and need updating. The outside of the property is very unkept. We had an incident where the smoke alarm went off at 9:30 at night and there was no one there to fix it and we had to move around the other side of the hotel. The whole property needs a lot of work. But it is convenient.

The room was not available at checkin time, I was offered a dirty room and the hotel was not staffed appropriately. I was not able to checkin on time. I will never stay there again.

Dirty room. Ac didn’t work. Bathroom door didn’t close

- room 311 - Water faucet dripping all night …could not sleep AT ALL - front door does not close - Not a single soap bar at the shower - shower head can barely dispense water since the lower head cannot be closed in full ( dripping ) - noise are ridiculous , there is a very cheap glass covering the only window in the room

Rooms smell of smoke We were given a room that smelled of smoke. We asked for another room and were given another room that smelled of smoke. We were then told by the hotel that other rooms were not available and that the hotel would contact hotels.com and we would get a refund. We went to another hotel.

Floor is so dirty. The sole of our socks turn black when you walk on the floor. 2 light bulbs are busted. No housekeeping for our 4 night stay. Grab and go breakfast is the same every day. There are several broken and beaten down cars that are parked unattended probably for a very long time. Towels exchanged upon request.

Won’t stay here again. I had paid through hotels.com but got in really late and had a headache so had forgotten. I was charged again, for even more than it was supposed to be, which I pointed out but had to pay anyway. The following morning, the person in the lobby was unable to help me get a refund. The room was dated, the floor wasn’t particularly clean and the staff wasn’t very friendly. Now I’ll need to figure out how to get my refund.
