There aren't enough adjectives to describe this hotel. I paid for 6 nights. I could not get to the hotel on the night of my check -in, I called and spoke to the person at the desk and explained the situation and she assured me it wasn't a problem. I didn't expect it to be since ide paid in full. When I finally left the hospital and got there they informed me I had lost my reservation because I didn't check in when I was supposed too. Not Comfortable nor Friendly I booked this room for one night...I mean how bad could it be? The phone didn't work unless you held on to the cord while you were talking on it and then it still cut out. There was very small dead beetles on the floor and a bunch of stuff next to the bed, like they don't know how to use a vacuum. The sheets were not white, they looked dirty, but I believe they were clean. There is a kitchenette, yet there's nothing in it. If you wanted anything, dishes, etc., you had to rent it. Only go there for a bed don’t expect much other

Outside was busy very late into the night. The TV and remote were frustrating, when it turned on it took 4 to 5 mins to be able to work the remote and attempt to watch tv. The selection and navigation to channels was a joke. The carpet was "sticky" when walking on it!

Bad experience While the front desk clerk was trying to be helpful the property is sketchy at best. I had to return to the front desk twice after packing my suitcases up and down with me as the keys wouldn’t unlock the door. I was very uncomfortable as a single female with a lot of men around the property who could clearly see which room was mine as I was back and forth. I asked for my money back but the clerk said he didn’t know how after the card was ran. I left while he was up working on the door. I just didn’t feel safe.... read more
