Extended stay with no dishes, silverware, etc. Room was sad and depressing.

Bad reviews are right Booked a double and when we got there they didn’t have one available, three people had to sleep on a king bed, had one towel and had to go and request more, requested extra bedding and pillows as well since three people had to share one bed…they didn’t have anymore pillows to give out….I tried to Ignore the negative reviews but probably should have taken them in consideration after all

The lobby did not look anything like the one in the website photos. We had to ask for a coffee maker for our room. The room had a kitchenette with nothing but two plastic cups. Breakfast was instant oatmeal, muffins, & coffee (no juices, milk). No pool. Room was clean but very worn. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Way overpriced, even for spring break.

Room in very poor condition. Will not return.

Dirty and scary I picked this hotel due to its location. I assumed it would be nice. I was very mistaken. Not only was it dirty to the point that my daughter and I both chose to wait to shower when we got home, there also was no blanket or comforter on the bed! Just sheets. It was so gross we actually checked for bed bugs before getting in the beds. Worst Place I've Ever Stayed This place was awful. Checking in, there's an office that seems more like a currency exchange than a hotel lobby. I had a reservation, but the only person working there, when she got there, said she had to check on the room and would be back in ten minutes. I actually saw her taking out the garbage from the room before coming back to check me in. The bathroom sink didn't drain, and the hardware to open or close the sink drain wasn't connected. The room had a terrible smoking smell and was not properly cleaned. I asked to be moved to a different room and was told none is available.
