Heather at lobby was very pleasant but our TV was broken - she came and confirmed this. No maintenance staff on the property except in the mornings. We are only here overnight so this is useless.

Heater did not work. Well refrigerator was noisy bathtub faucet wouldn’t turn off no stopper in the sink in the bathroom TV remote very difficult to use.

Ugh Do not stay, bed was horrible to sleep in, floors were dirty and I killed a roach. You would think it would be a nicer upscale extended stay with the location, not at all. It wasn’t worth 160. Very disappointed. Do better and remodel the whole building!!!

The staff needs to learn what they are doing. They need to be more friendly, and the area is very unsafe.

Leaking ceiling not important for 3 days in Rm222 The ceiling in my room was leaking water for three days. The front desk clerk "Put in a work order" and I dumped the water out of the plastic garbage can for three days. Day three when he finally came up to look in the room (Water was streaming out), they put me into another room.

Property is advertised as an extended stay but there were no dishes, cooking utensils or silverware in the unit. There was not even a coffee pot provided. Beds were lumpy and the bedding, paint and decor looked well used. There was no ice machine on the premises. The lobby person described the breakfast as grab and go but there was no indication where to grab it from.
