Great area, low quality hotel. Friendly staff The room was not up to my expectations. There were cigaretter burns in the kitchen and bathroom countertops, walls so thin that i heard water running all night (toilets, sinks, everything). The toilet seat was not attached/loose. The bed felt like an ild hide a bed and the dressers and furniture were all damaged. I went outside to get something from my car and there were 2 police parked in the parking lot. I did not feel safe or comfortable.

No bueno Bathroom fan cover was off. Refrigerator sounded like a plane taking off. Gross stain on carpet.

Overpriced hotel with no amenities. My room was missing shampoo, conditioner, lotions. Basically everything minor thing. COVID-19 is their all excuses. Hotels with the $80 range has sometimes better options (?) to go bag breakfast. Just overpriced because it is located inScottsdale. I wouldn’t book it for a second time.

THERE WAS NO ROOM! I was turned away and told there was nothing they could do to help me! After driving all day, I was tired! It was 10 pm I was told by the young man at the desk to contact Hotels.com. I tried both calling and online and got the same message: they we extremely busy! Hotels.com has my money and did nothing for me!! I need a refund! I secured my own hotel that night (and the next night) for over 3 times the cost!!! NOT HAPPY! You will be hearing from me...

Not the Happiest! Location was great! I was happy when I pulled up until I got into my room! The room was really dingy and felt dirty under the bed was nasty and we had no shower curtain in the bathroom!..If they cleaned the rooms better this place would be awesome!
