The good..... the beds were comfortable and we had a roof over our heads. It wasn't noisy or terribly filthy. The not good.... upon arrival, it appeared that it was possible to commandeer a prostitute or score some blow (fortunately my husband and kids aren't into that). Just Horrible Let me start from check-in. When I arrived to the office, there was a woman waiting in front of me with no employee in sight. A young girl comes to the counter and said, she is new and can't help. I asked if there was anyone there and she said "somewhere". I left the office and went and found an employee cleaning a room and asked her if someone could come check in. She did and said she was doing both jobs. We stayed 2 nights at your extended stay. There were bugs in the place and the landscaping done at 7:00 am was loud. Also, my wife slipped and fell on an oily substance in the elevator. I have yet to hear from any member of management, outside of the asst mgr who made a report, about this incident. I’m not a litigious person but this is making me rethink approach.

Maintenance needs to be done as AC cover was on the floor and no filter in unit. Shower curtain rod is falling out of the wall. Hold on my card for incidentals but the linens are overly warn out.

I showed up for my reservation and the staff member told me my room had already been checked out to someone else even though I had made my reservation/confirmation through Expedia weeks prior…I had to find another hotel for the weekend, luckily I found a better hotel 10 mins away for my stay in Arizona.

Good location, helpful staff. Room smelled like feet and felt dirty. Check in lobby smelled like mildew.

I found some cockroaches in the kitchen. People in the nearby rooms were loud through the night.
