Needs some help Second post. After the terrible start ( no room although I had reservation and had to make up non cleaned room) the staff tried to do right and comped room. With good beds and a change in management this could get back to average.

I had to wait 20 minutes in the office before someone came back to help. When she did come back, she had an attitude that I did not appreciate. The furniture in the office was literally breaking down and the furniture in this room or is all scratched up And the television is not working. The screen and voice keeps going off and on. Had to turn it off was making me crazy.

This hotel is in a great location. I wanted to stay here because of the kitchen however there was nothing in the kitchen, no silverware, pots pans dishes etc. There was only one working light, which was right next to the bed. the main light flickered on and off and was super loud. Breakfast was included but coffee was available at 6:30 am, too late for me to have before work.

The air conditioning didn’t work, there were black little bugs flying around & the bathroom door didn’t shut!

The room had no dishes or utensils to use. The room was dirty and the bed was horrible. I complained to the manager. She said there was nothing she could do. I immediately checked out and asked for a refund. She said I needed to deal with Expedia for any refund. Horrible experience.
