Overall dirty room Refrigerator had mold on it .cups were under the bed from a previous guest .The pillow cases were dirty we went and bought our room

The font desk staff is great, but I have been here for more than 3 weeks and this place refuses to give me a cleaning service. I was told that because my reservations were less than a week at a time that I wasn't allowed it. However, this last reservation has been 10 days. I paid almost 800$ for this past 10 days and they still refuse to provide cleaning service. My room isn't extraordinarily dirty but I sure could use a bedding change and a vacuum after 3 weeks. I resent the notion that i have to pay for a stay that I did not even check in for. I made the reservation after 6:00 PM when I decided to find a place near work so I would not have to drive for a special meeting on the weekend. My wife was going to join me later. When I finally found the place (practically invisible -- no lighting) and very seedy. So I decided to go home. Completely Disappointed! I was in Scottsdale and expected quality, but had the opposite experience. The chair in our room was gross, so we had to put a towel over it to sit on it. The bed only had three pillows. Their was a full kitchen with no glasses or dishes. Those had to be requested. Their was no lotion. What hotel does not have a tiny bottle of lotion in it? Not a repeat Desk clerk was rude upon check in this time. Staff was rude on multiple occasions.

Not this location again. Bed was hard, AC kept cutting off and on and the smoke detector kept chirping. Originally checking in was a hassle because I don't have a traditional checking account and almost did not get the room I prepaid for.
