The staff was nice. The rooms need to be updated. Everything was old, worn out and outdated. I expected a facility in a much better condition given that it is located in Scottsdale. This location was recommendation from someone familiar with the area. Although the outside looked fresh and new, the inside was totally opposite. I do hope the owners do a complete refresh for the rooms.

Staff is plain rude. There is no hello and welcome when you enter the front desk area and staff seems unhappy and don’t want to be there and don’t care if you stay or leave. First time there and won’t be coming there again.

First room smelled of urine. They moved us to another room. Bed was HARD, pillows were either lumpy or flat. No hair dryer in bathroom, no coffee pot in room, air conditioner did not have a constant fan setting so room was hot/cold/hot/cold all night as it noisily turned on and off, neighbors ac unit could be hears doing same, could hear neighbor moving around and finally getting up to shower, work trucks arrived at 4:30 am with their back up beepers going off (they continued until i left), sounded like the traffic was drivi... read more
