Pictures lie. Two adults, 1 washcloth, 3 pillows, 1 reading lamp worked & we saw a few bugs. Never going back.

The property is very worn down and not worth the price per night. There were suspicious looking men hanging in the parking lot during the day and in their cars listening to music into the night and early morning hours.

Didn’t have a room for us when we checked in, because the available rooms were dirty because they were short-staffed on housekeeping. They were also overbooked. Luckily the front desk person was very nice and finally found a clean room for us.

Perhaps i dont understand what an "extended day" hotel means, but it seems like a hotel for folks who need shelter but can't pay..The room didn't look like the photo. I booked it only to be able to rest from a long trip and get ready for a wedding...not even to sleep there. Thge towels were really awful. Really shabby - Awful office space

Staff was rude. Took over 3 hours to check in. Spoke to Expedia twice before we were checked in, we were assigned same hotel confirmation number as another customer. Will never use Expedia or stay at this chain. Refund will be requested from Expedia.
