Don’t waste your money staying here Pulled the cover down, there was hair and debris on the sheets. Called the front desk. She came and checked the bed. Said she’d change the sheets then moved us to a different room instead. That bed wasn’t much better. No shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast consisted of prepackaged oatmeal and coffee. No utensils were provided. The front desk clerk hid when we got the oatmeal so was no help at all

The overall cleanliness of this place was terrible. It looked like it hadn't gotten properly cleaned in months. Would not return for the expensive price it was rated.

Noisy. Gap in exterior door. Very spartan. Will not stay there or recommend to others.

Unclean and poor service We walked in our ‘Pet Room’ (that we didn’t request) and the he pictures below are the condition it was in. Not to mention the pet urine odor. They gave us a new room (that also had an odor) and said they would issue a credit, which never came. I called customer service and was told it had to go to a manager and I would receive a call back. I never did. By far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will never stay and this hotel chain again.
