A little dated and could use some minor updates and/or maintenance (paint chipped around door frame and a stain on bathroom floor). But perfectly adequate for a reasonably-priced stay in Scottsdale with free parking. And, for Cactus League baseball, it is a short walk. Starbucks is right next door and dining options are nearby.

Staff was friendly, check in was quick. Beds were a little uncomfortable and you have to request dishes or utensils. There was no ice machine which seems crazy for AZ.

Staff was helpful
The room was decent. Had a refrigerator and stove. Extra large bathroom which I appreciated. I was able to rest with no issues. I will staying here again!

Room was decent. Check in staff was nice and helpful
Smelled of weed and must, had to air out room. Rug ragged, tub moldy, remote had corroded batteries, told would be taken care of. Expected would be put back in room, not done. Went to desk remote still on counter, no batteries. Tub faucet leaking.
