Great staff and location but no hot water and toilet seat broken.

Value for money
Staff was AMAZING. They went above and beyond for us. Room was not well cleaned, basic supplies were not provided, bed was uncomfortable, pillows were of poor quality.

The property was clean and we had an end unit downstairs so it was quiet and convenient for the trip. We stayed in a room with queen beds that were plenty comfortable. The only set back was the hotel ran out of supplies. So we had no essentials for cooking or tableware. Fortunately, I carry paper plates and plastic ware, salt, pepper, teas. I had to ask for coffee pot and hairdryer. The gentleman was able to bring me pot, with coffee and cups. Yea!
