We ran out of towels and had to bring to fry. Desk DMD the man got mad because we place on counter he wasn’t there when we came in he was talking on a cell in the back while we waited another person had been waiting to register for a long wild he say he would deliver towels to our room we wait for over 15 minutes then left when we came back he left towels outside our room on ground not even in a plastic bag, I felt like I was a dog I was insulted. Great location First trip in Scottsdale. .Love it. The accommodation is located in Old Town Scottsdale which is kind a cool with a lot of places to go out for food and drinks. Property and surroundings are well manicured. The room lacks of having a safe to secure your belonging and should also have a secure wifi network to prevent eavesdropping. These 2 features are must for business travelers.

Fine, but whatever The hotel was fine. Location excellent. Amenities poor. The kitchenette had nothing (you had to request it), their was no toilet paper or shampoo or soap in our bathroom and response time was slow. Meh.
