I liked the kitchenette and the friendly customer service at the front desk. The pillows were too flat, would have liked fluffier, softer pillows.

The location couldnt get any better. The close distance between the available shops is amazing. Only gripe was the room was generally dusty in nooks and corners like someone hadnt stayed there awhile but wasnt a big deal for me.

Ok; but c/b improved with easy fixes The room was appointed exactly as expected, staff was friendly, and the location met our needs perfectly. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room; the kitchen was not thoroughly cleaned (I cleaned coffee stained sink and sticky table), the provided dish towel was stained and torn, no hand towels were provided in bath, an additional bed pillow not available (was told short on pillows), and office was not open yet when attempting to check out at 630AM... but otherwise OK.
