The location was the best thing about the property; easy walking distance to old town bars and eateries, as well as Walgreens for supplies. Nothing special about the facility, although it looks like they are in the process of sprucing it up with paint, new beds, etc. It was clean and comfortable and the price was better than most during Spring Training.

check in was unsatisfactory. We arrived at 2:30 PM and were not allowed to check in. I understand that check in is officially ay 3:00 PM but come on a half hour early? When we returned after 3:00 there was nobody in the office to check us in. Waited over 15 minutes for service. Location in convenient

Neutral place for neutral price Straightforward obviously more scaled back amenities than most for the price and served its purpose.. Immediate area was a bit devoid of food in mid price range

Proximity to restaurants Both walkability and driving. We attended 3 spring training games and driving was short and easy.

just say no Pool was a dump, floors dirty in room, TV screen 32 " and below average
