I liked the location of the hotel & the convenience of a kitchen. The check in in the middle of the night was awful!! There was no one at the front desk to check me into my room when I arrived & I was unable to reach anyone via phone to assist me & resolve the situation. I waited outside for over an hour to finally be checked into my room. Ridiculous! Also, the cleanliness of the room was awful!! It was so filthy & dirty!! On the other hand, my experience with the mgr the next day was fantastic! He was very helpful!

When I checked in, no one told me they will repair the parking lots next day morning, so I can park somewhere else. Instead, they towed my car and park it the other side of the hotel. This was really frustrating and unacceptable. They should have knocked the door or called my room and simply asked me to move my car.
